At BatteryFix, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund terms carefully:
- Refund requests will be considered only after the product has been returned to us.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- BatteryFix reserves the right to decline a refund if the product is found to be damaged, used, improperly packaged, or otherwise not eligible for return.
