1. Company Information

BatteryFix operates under the laws of India. All services and transactions are subject to applicable Indian laws.

2. Services

BatteryFix provides:

• Supply and doorstep delivery of automotive batteries.
• Installation/fitment services at the customer’s location (where applicable).
• Old battery exchange services (subject to conditions below).

• Delivery is generally completed within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock availability and operational feasibility.
• Customers must provide adequate and safe space for installation at the delivery location.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation by BatteryFix.
• BatteryFix reserves the right to request advance payment before order execution.
• Payment may be made through available online payment methods or as otherwise permitted.
• BatteryFix reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.
• In case of cancellation by BatteryFix, refund liability is limited to the amount paid in advance by the customer.

4. Battery Exchange Policy

• Exchange value of the old battery is determined based on its Ah (Ampere-hour) capacity and condition.
• If the old battery has lower Ah capacity than the new battery purchased, the customer must pay the applicable price difference.
• BatteryFix reserves the right to assess and determine exchange eligibility.

5. Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product in original packaging and condition.
• BatteryFix shall not be liable for any additional compensation beyond the amount paid by the customer.

6. Product Warranty

• All batteries sold on batteryfix.in are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• BatteryFix acts as a seller/facilitator and does not provide any independent warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be processed in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• BatteryFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or non-use of the product.
• Installation services are performed with due care; however, customers are responsible for ensuring suitability of the battery for their vehicle.
• Product images are for representation purposes only.

8. Website Usage

By using this website, you agree:

• Not to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Not to misuse, copy, or reproduce website content without prior written consent.
• That all content on this website is the property of BatteryFix and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• The website content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive service-related communications, updates, and promotional messages via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Modifications

BatteryFix reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the website, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
